Queer in AI is throwing a small in-person meetup at EMNLP 2023. People of all identities (including allies) are invited to attend. EMNLP registration is required to attend the social.

Joint lunch with WINLP, Aquarius 3 & 4, December 6, 12:00-2:00 pm
QinAI social / dinner: Friday, December 8th at 5:30 PM in Aquarius 4.
Structure
This is a casual informal meetup for Queer in AI folks. Just join in and have a chat with other Queer in AI members.

Code of Conduct and Reporting
Please read Queer in AI code of conduct which will be strictly followed in the social. All participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of the members. Photography is prohibited. Please follow COVID guidelines set out by the venue. Guests must dress smart and be respectful towards staff at all times.
EMNLP 2023 adheres to the ACL’s code of ethics, ACL’s anti-harassment policy, and ACL’s code of conduct.
