Queer in AI is hosting a social at COLM 2025. We aim to act as a gathering space for LGBTQIA+ folks to build community and solidarity. We further strive to create a safe and inclusive casual socializing and networking space.

Location: COLM venue (Palais des congrès de Montréal), room 524B.

Thursday, October 9 @ 7:00 ET: Informal Bar Hangout

Location: Co-op Bar Milton-Parc (3714 Park Ave, Montreal, Quebec H2X 2J1). We will be heading to this location from the conference venue at 6:30pm. Queer in AI has not exclusively reserved the space. Please sign up via the form if you plan to join this part of the social, so we can plan for the right number of attendees.

Please read the Queer in AI code of conduct, which will be strictly followed at all times. Recording (screen recording or screenshots) is prohibited. All participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants.

Any participant who experiences harassment or hostile behaviour may contact the Conference Program Chairs and/or the Queer in AI Safety Team.
